摘要: Different control strategies have been proposed for drug delivery in chemotherapy during recent years. These algorithms are designed based on dynamic models of various orders. The order the model depends number effects considered model. In a model, effect obesity tumour progression and optimal strategy investigated fifth-order state-space However, controller is open loop not robust to common uncertainties such biological system. Here, sliding surface obtained by trajectory considering some parameters, robust-sliding law formulated way slid surface. Then, mode determine dose rate that system follows desired trajectory. stability proved simulation results indicate three states track remaining two satisfy constraints.
