Simultaneous multiresidue analysis of 41 pesticide residues in cooked foodstuff using QuEChERS: Comparison with classical method.

摘要: The principal objective of this study was to develop a simple multiresidue method involving quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe (QuEChERS) extraction for the identification quantification 41 pesticide residues in cooked foodstuffs including potatoes, radishes, rice using GC-μECD. analytes were subsequently confirmed via GC-MS. results then compared classical established by KFDA. quantitation individual pesticides based on matrix-matched calibration curves with correlation coefficient excess 0.993 selected herein.
