摘要: Summary In this study, a review of the available information concerning abrupt withdrawal antihypertensive drug therapy is presented. Abrupt these drugs can produce syndrome sympathetic overactivity that includes nervousness, tachycardia, headache, agitation and nausea 36–72 h after cessation drug. A may occur discontinuation almost all types drugs, but mostly occurs with clonidine, β-blockers, methyldopa guanabenz. Less commonly rapid increase blood pressure to pre-treatment levels or above, both and/or myocardial ischaemia. Although exact incidence not known, it appears be rare, at least in patients receiving standard doses above drugs. The best treatment prevention. In study regarding follows therapy, reference main categories also attempted.
