摘要: Purpose: Innate and adaptive immune responses play vital roles in initiating maintaining the immunological homeostasis both physiological pathological processes. However, expression function of important cells molecules as well their interaction hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection has not been elucidated. The aim current study was to determine pattern Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) T HBV TLR2 regulation helper 17 (Th17) response. Methods: Thirty-four patients with (ten acute twenty-four chronic) were enrolled. HBV-specific -nonspecific Th17 analyzed by flow cytometry. agonist for induction IL-17 production also determined. Results: secretion CD4+ (Th17 cells) CD8+ significantly elevated chronic infection. Viral-specific CD4+, CD8+, remarkably increased B. Moreover, Pam3Csk4 directly activated response without antigen stimulation Conclusion: TLR2, which traditionally associated innate immunity, might promote TLRs infection, an role persistent
