摘要: Abstract Electrical properties (permittivity and conductivity) speed of sound were determined in commercial vegetable oils from sunflower, corn, soybean, grape, cotton, olive, canola chia, biodiesel these oils. measured the frequency range 20 Hz to 2 MHz at temperatures between 300 K 343 K. The calibration uncertainty measuring system was below 1%. frequencies 1.53 MHz, 5.66 MHz 9.43 MHz. results 0.05%. In all measurements this work, temperature samples stabilized within ±0.1 K. experimental data for permittivity fit very satisfactorily a linear dependence with temperature, whereas conductivities follow an Arrhenius law. samples, fitting parameters real part relative permittivity, activation energy conductivity allow distinguish oil obtained it. Within studied correlation is found biodiesel.
