摘要: Crosslinking of immunoglobulin E antibodies (IgE) bound at the surface mast cells and subsequent mediator release is considered most important trigger for allergic reactions. Therefore, genetic control IgE levels studied in context diseases, such as asthma, atopic rhinitis, or dermatitis (AD). We performed genome-wide association studies 161 Labrador Retrievers with regard to total allergen-specific levels. identified a significant on CFA 5 antigen-specific responsiveness Acarus siro. detected second respect Tyrophagus putrescentiae different locus chromosome 5. A. siro T. both belong family Acaridae represent so-called storage forage mites. These mites are discussed major allergen sources canine AD. No obvious candidate gene regulation located under two signals. Therefore our offer chance identifying novel mechanism controlling host's response.
