摘要: Background: In breast cancer, there is an inverse relationship between HER2/neu overexpression and receptors for estrogen (ER) or progesterone (PR). Some clinical observations such as the age-related association hormone tumour grade, which predicts overexpression, suggest relationship. Patients methods: Our study population consisted of 1362 consecutive women receiving primary surgery non-metastatic invasive cancer. We compared both in different age groups taking other characteristics into account. Results: a multivariate model, considering overall group, negative ER, PR high grade were predictive (P 45 years, ER = 0.001), 0.001) <0.001) associated with <0.001). Conclusion: findings indicate that varies age. The are not independent predictor status young while they elder patients.
