摘要: Abstract The effect of nitrogen doping on optical properties and electronic structures SrZrO 3 (SZO) films was investigated both experimentally theoretically. A shift the absorption edge to longer wavelength, i.e., the narrowing band gap caused by observed. first-principles calculations revealed that reduced in nitrogen-doped SZO because localized N 2p states above O bottom conduction Zr 4d shifting a lower energy.
