摘要: In this work, the distributions of some acid-sensitive two-pore-domain K+ channels (TASK-1, TASK-2 and TASK-3) were investigated in rat human cerebellum. Astrocytes situated cerebellar tissue sections positive for channels. Purkinje cells strongly stained granule astrocytes moderately TASK-3. isolated from hippocampus, cerebellum cochlear nucleus expressed TASK a primary culture. Our results suggest that channel expression may be significant endoplasmic reticulum astrocytes. The showed weak immunolabelling. pia mater, astrocytes, demonstrated strong TASK-1 TASK-3 positivities. labelling was stronger general, but it particularly intense mater.
