摘要: Abstract A complete solar kiln model (including the drying of hardwood timber) has been developed with particular reference to seasoning blackbutt (Eucalyptus pilularis) timber. The predicted internal air temperatures, relative humidities, and timber moisture contents have compared experimental data. maximum difference between actual was 0.05 kg kg−1. agreement measured temperatures is reasonable, both predictions measurements a similar cyclical pattern. generally good prediction final content its measurement may be due careful boundary conditions such as energy input. main uncertainties were identified heat exchanger output, initial content, estimation sky temperature. significant uncertainty (18%) in moisture...
