摘要: Children with kwashiorkor were treated a diet providing 4 g/kg protein and 200 kcal/kg. They divided into two groups. Ten children received based on opaque-2 maize twelve other skim milk for period of to 5 weeks. The results indicate that is effective in the treatment kwashiorkor. Both clinical biochemical responses observed who consumed comparable those obtained milk. Thus, nutritive quality appears be as good protein. Am. .1. Clin. Nutr. 27: 122-124, 1974.
