摘要: Identification of sequential progenitors leading to blood formation from pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) will be essential for understanding the molecular mechanisms hematopoietic lineage specification and development technologies in vitro production (HSCs). It is well established that during development, endothelial extraembryonic embryonic compartments are formed parallel precursors with angiogenic potentials. However, identity hierarchy these human PSC (hPSC) cultures remain obscure. Using developmental stage-specific mesodermal markers functional assays, we recently identified discrete populations angiohematopoietic hPSCs, including hemogenic primitive definitive In addition, discovered a novel population multipotent an erythroid phenotype, which retain potential. Here introduce our recent findings discuss their implication defining putative HSC precursor factors required activation self-renewal potential emerging endothelium.
