摘要: Aim. Investigation of the possibility manufacturing biocompatible polymer particles which have required properties for pulmonary delivery via inhalation and simultaneously act as vehicles nanotherapeutics. Methods. Nanostructures were obtained from polysaccharides by successive oxidation reactive coiling in aqueous phase. The resultant nanosuspensions PAD (polyaldehyde dextran) DACMC (dialdehyde carbomethylcellulose) used precursors spray drying production powders at variable process conditions. dry microparticles characterized SEM observations, their related to determined laser diffraction spectrometry following dispersion commercial inhaler. Finally, reconstitution rehydration was evaluated. Results. Synthesized nanoparticles had size 120–170 nm. Microparticles after 0.5–5 µm different surface morphology. Aerosolized powder inhaler volumetric median diameter ~2 ~1 µm DACMC, respectively. Hydration led restoring with average particle similar precursor. Conclusions. can be obtain nanostructures which, processing, take a form suitable effective lungs inhalation.
