摘要: A rectovaginal fistula is an abnormal communication between the epithelial lined surface of vagina and rectum, whereas anovaginal joins anal canal. Fistulae anorectum are relatively uncommon, accounting for less than 5% all anorectal fistulae. The symptoms due to management problems it poses can be vexing both patient surgeon.
