摘要: Abstract The energy loss per unit length experienced by swift electrons in STEM is calculated for trajectories parallel to plane boundaries with dispersive media. Dispersion corrects the logarithmic divergence of local probability at interface given approach. effect damping also studied, and results are related spatial resolution EELS experiments.
