摘要: Inheritance of chloroplast DNA haplotypes was determined for progeny from interspecific crosses involving Iris fulva and hexagona. Polymerase chain reaction amplification followed by restriction fragment length analysis the products used to identify 213 experimental hybrids. This allowed a test maternal, paternal, biparental inheritance in hybrid offspring. Two possessed that were combinations those present pollen seed parents. One offspring only paternal haplotype. The remaining 210 plants had characteristic maternal plant. Chloroplast variation iris populations has previously been infer not introgressive hybridization between I. hexagona, but also greater role direct transfer relative dispersal as avenue gene flow. We reexamined previous conclusions concerning mode L hexagona light results analysis. low level detected this suggests analyses using seed-specific marker robust. Furthermore, data barriers suggest probability
