摘要: Abstract The effect of dietary chitosan, a fibre animal origin, on the induction and development colonic precursor lesions was determined in CFl mice. Over 2-wk pretreatment period, one group mice given azoxymethane (four injections 5 mg/kg body weight) other treated with saline. Subsequent to carcinogen or saline were randomized into three groups: (i) control AIN-76 diet; (ii) diet 2% low molecular weight chitosan (LMWC); (iii) high (HMWC).
