摘要: Abstract The effect of dietary chitosan, a fibre animal origin, on the induction and development colonic precursor lesions was determined in CFl mice. Over 2-wk pretreatment period, one group mice given azoxymethane (four injections 5 mg/kg body weight) other treated with saline.
