摘要: We study the effect of fungal-derived chitosan on development chemical-induced colonic precancerous lesions in ICR mice and delineate its possible molecular mechanisms. In 2 weeks preventive experiments, fed with a diet containing high weight (HMWC) had significant fewer aberrant crypt foci formation than those control diet. As treatment extended to 6 weeks, both low (LMWC)- HMWC-fed contained less when compared control. However, such was not observed therapeutic experiments. The anti-tumorigenesis water-soluble oligomer (WSCO) tested four cancer cell lines. WSCO significantly suppressed AGS extent, COLO 205 cells proliferation. Flow cytometry analysis cycle distribution indicated that percentage S phase reduced treated together decrease DNA synthesis rate BrdU incorporation assay. also upregulated cycle-related genes p21/Cip p27/Kip, whereas downregulated PCNA.
