摘要: FeCl− doped polythiophene, iodine Shirakawa polyacetylene and an ultrathin film of undoped poly(4,4'-dibutyl-2,2'-bithiophene) have been studied by scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). The polythiophene shows a lamella-like structure with thickness approximately 50 A. Distribution dopants has means STM. results indicate the existence low or islands surrounded highly regions.
