摘要: Omega-3 and omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) are dietary that involved in a myriad of physiologic processes the brain. There is some evidence suggesting PUFAs-and particularly omega-3 PUFAs-may have anticonvulsant effects, both humans animals. In present review, we assess related to antiseizure properties n-3 PUFAs, discuss their possible mechanism(s) action, make recommendations for future clinical trials. general, available data from cell cultures whole animal studies support idea PUFAs properties. Future trials involving should involve higher doses longer periods administration order definitively effects.
