摘要: The effect of mixture on productivity has been widely studied for applications related to agriculture but results in forestry are scarce due the difficulty conducting experiments. Using a modeling approach, we analyzed forest stands composed sessile oak and Scots pine. To determine whether had positive if there was an optimum mixing proportion, used aggregation technique involving mean-field approximation analyze distance-dependent individual-based model. We conducted local sensitivity analysis identify factors that influenced most. Our model made it possible predict species proportion where peaks. This indicates transgressive over-yielding can occur these suggests two complementary. For growth period, does have oak-pine stands. Depending plot, ranges from 38 74% gain compared current is 2.2% average. mainly depends parameters concerning intra-specific competition yet, higher than inter-specific not sufficient ensure work also shows how obtained individual tree may provide information whole stand. approach could help us better understand link between productivity, stand characteristics, mixed forests.
