摘要: Most of the little information available on foraging ecology threatened Geoffroy's bat Myotis emarginatus refers to areas outside Mediterranean Basin. In this study, we analysed habitat selection by species in a typical landscape. We radio-tracked breeding colony (adults and juveniles) Iberian Peninsula patterns. Although confirmed species' preference for forest, olive groves also appeared an important both adults juveniles. Juveniles proved be less mobile than adults, moving average 1.6 km displacements sites preferred more accessible habitats. highlight here importance traditionally managed as bat. The ripping-up ancient their replacement intensively cropland, urban or shrubland represents significant threat vulnerable landscapes.
