摘要: BACKGROUND There is a need for simple, fast, efficient and sensitive method analysis of glyphosate its degradate aminomethylphosphonic acid (AMPA) in diverse matrices such as water, vegetation soil. RESULTS Aqueous extracts from soil were passed through reverse-phase cation-exchange columns directly injected into tandem mass spectrometer using only guard column separation. Extraction efficiencies the three >80% both AMPA. The reporting levels (MRLs) 3.04 µg L−1, 0.05 mg kg−1 0.37 mg respectively. AMPA MRLs 5.06 L−1 0.08 mg 0.61 mg soil. CONCLUSIONS A validated, simple liquid chromatography–tandem spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) routine that uses minimal sample handling clean-up will facilitate additional environmental research needed to address continuing concerns related increasing use.
