摘要: This paper presents findings on organizational agility as an aim of implementing Knowledge Management (KM). These are contextualized by examining the leadership roles and tasks that achieve this goal. In particular we examine structures in KM: authority, development, implementation KM strategy support agility. Using data from a global survey find definition types. We disclose common patterns its delegation. The demonstrates clear transparent lines delegated authority exist, these delegations enable operationalization planned manner, can also be clearly implemented to realize anticipated benefits.
