摘要: Aims and objectives.  To assess the effects of respiratory training on lung function, activity tolerance quality life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Background.  For disease, rehabilitation can increase improve their psychological state by relieving dyspnoea promoting life. Design.  A randomised clinical trial was conducted a local hospital. Methods.  Patients disease were randomly assigned to intervention (n = 20) control groups (n = 20). Spirometry, six-minute walking distance used efficacy programme. Results.  Significant improvement including forced vital capacity (p = 0·037), expiratory volume one-second (p = 0·006) per cent predicted (p = 0·008) group. Regarding programme for (p = 0·024) (p = 0·035), significantly increased. In addition, there significant improvements symptoms (p = 0·018), impact (p < 0·001) total scores (p < 0·001), as well decreased body mass, airflow obstruction, exercise index (p = 0·004) group. Conclusions.  found relieve dyspnoea, maintain life. Relevance practice.  Respiratory be routine protocol nurses reference monitor patients’ health status.
