摘要: Abstract Currently, food allergy is a worldwide public health problem, of which peanut more severe. Peanut usually lifelong and even trace amount allergens can cause severe anaphylactic reactions. Nowadays there no complete cure for sensitized individuals. The dominant prevention to avoid exposure peanuts products. But are risks false ingredient labeling cross-contamination during processing. Hence, it important urgent detect in This review highlights advances future trends DNA-based methods applied processed food. A summary published detecting given with comparison DNA targets limit detection.
