摘要: We describe an enzyme immunoassay with use of beta-D-galactosidase for quantitation ferritin in human serum. The minimum detectable concentration is 0.25 microgram/L serum, which comparable to results obtained by radioimmunoassay. correlation coefficient between values determined and radioimmunoassay was 0.95 (n - 1 = 85, p less than 0.001).
