The lipid peroxidation in breast cancer patients.

摘要: The aim of our study was to estimate oxidative stress (by using different biomarkers lipid peroxidation--isoprostanes and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS)) in patients with invasive breast cancer, benign diseases a control group. We observed statistically increased level TBARS plasma isoprostanes urine cancer comparison concentration tested or from also higher than diseases. Moreover, the levels markers group did not differ. Considering data presented this study, we suggest that free radicals induce peroxidation unsaturated fatty cancer.
