摘要: Abstract Objectives In breast cancer patients dysregulation of reactive oxygen species metabolism, as detected by various indicators in plasma or blood cells, including red cells and platelets, is observed. Design methods The aim our study was to explain the effect oxidative/nitrative stress on hemostatic activity from patients. Different were used analyze (carbonyl groups 3-nitrotyrosine levels - ELISA C-ELISA method, respectively free thiol estimated with 5,5′-dithio-bis(2-nitro-benzoic acid)). We also measured total antioxidant status (TAS) plasma. Results Our results showed correlation between oxidative changes hemostasis patients; increased amount carbonylated nitrated proteins fibrin polymerization lysis isolated invasive observed that relationship TAS exists. Conclusion Considering data presented this study, we suggest may induce these
