摘要: Transposable elements (TEs) have attracted increasing attention because of their tremendous contributions to genome reorganization and gene variation through dramatic proliferation excision via transposition. However, less known are the transcriptional activation various TEs characteristics TE insertion into genomes at genome-wide level. In present study, we focused on genes for transposition disruption by in expression sequences Brassica, investigate TEs, biased genes, salient characteristics. Long terminal repeat (LTR-retrotransposon) accounted majority these active (70.8%), suggesting that varied with type. 6.1% were interrupted LTR-retrotransposons, which indicated preference genes. preferentially inserted cellular component-specific acted as “binding” involved metabolic processes. a some host important molecular functions exhibited spatiotemporal expression. These results suggested types transposons differentially contributed affected function.
