摘要: Objective: Bladder cancer is one of the commonest genitourinary tumors all over world. The early detection rate was still very low due to lack effective diagnostic biomarkers. In this study, we examined feasibility and efficacy urine miR-126 in diagnosis bladder cancer, which could help identify a new biomarker for such deadly disease. Methods: Patients with (bladder group) urinary tract infection (non-bladder admitted our department from January 2013 December 2016 were enrolled. two groups age gender matched. Demographic clinical data retrieved, samples collected. Real-time RT-PCR used detect relative expression. Results: A total 134 patients included group, while there 268 non-bladder patients. results proved that level greatly higher than (P=0.03). 181 hematuria. High predict hematuria (P=0.01). Conclusions: Increased especially Our findings supported serve as cancer.
