摘要: Amyloid precursor protein generates the secreted amyloid alpha, which protects hippocampal neurons from ischemic injury and facilitates neuronal survival synaptogenesis in developing nervous system. Here, we examined whether platelet-derived growth factor regulates generation of alpha during differentiation cells, HiB5. We showed that promoted production secretion. These effects were diminished by PI3K-specific inhibitor wortmannin kinase C-specific GF109203X, suggesting involvement PI3K C-signaling pathway. Furthermore, conditioned media enriched with HiB5 cells differentiation. results suggest neurotrophic effect is mediated part via upregulation expression release alpha.
