摘要: Significant side effects or drug interactions can make pharmacological management of headache disorders very difficult. Non-conventional and non-pharmacological treatments are becoming increasingly used to overcome these issues. In particular, non-invasive neuromodulation, nutraceuticals, behavioral approaches well tolerated indicated for specific patient categories such as adolescents pregnant women. This paper aims present the main reported in literature disorders. We therefore reviewed available published between 2010 2020 performed a narrative presentation each three (non-invasive therapies). Regarding we selected transcranial magnetic stimulation, supraorbital nerve direct current vagal caloric vestibular stimulation. For Feverfew, Butterbur, Riboflavin, Magnesium, Coenzyme Q10. Finally, approaches, biofeedback, cognitive therapy, relaxation techniques, mindfulness-based acceptance commitment therapy. These seen valid treatment option management, especially patients with medication overuse contraindications treatment. However, further investigations needed consider effectiveness also respect long-term effects.
