摘要: Eleven closely related C3H mouse strains were examined for differences in their DNA synthetic response to a highly discriminatory endotoxin, LPS Escherichia coli K-235. Strains of the line found be either high, intermediate, or low responders endotoxin. Three stains, C3H/St, C3H/Bi, and C3H/CR high responders. Six strains, C3H/He, C3HfB/He, C3H/Hen, C3Heb/Fej, C3H/DiSn, C3H/A vy intermediate responders, suggesting that mutation producing decreased responsiveness occurred C3H/He(C3H/An) strain between 1931 1945. Two C3H/HeJ C3H/Bts unresponsive due 1960 1968. Breeding experiments among responding documented probable codominant genetic control by genes alleles C3H/HeN strains. In × C3H/St cross, dominance gene over C3H/He was documented, whereas cross indicated codominance these two genes. These findings may represent three distinct mice. A second X-linked locus CBA/N which also causes impaired B cell E. K235 serum-free conditions. The abnormal products exhibit complementarity since F1 female animals from are responsive LPS. We conclude there is at least one additional autosomal possible more loci determine sensitivity murine cells.
