摘要: Myostatin is a member of the transforming growth factor β (TGFβ) superfamily that has well-established role as mediator muscle and development. However, myostatin now emerging pleiotropic hormone with multiple actions in regulation metabolism well several aspects both cardiac smooth cells physiology. In addition, also expressed nonmuscular where its physiological remains to be elucidated most cases. this report, we have shown receptor system are blood hematopoietic cell lines. Furthermore, treatment promotes differentiation HL60 K562 through mechanism involves activation extracellular signal-regulated kinases 1/2 p38-mitogen-activated protein kinase, thus leading possibility may paracrine/autocrine involved control haematopoiesis. presence expression immune could envisage novel for pathogenesis inflammatory diseases.
