摘要: UNLABELLED Tracheal intubation may be accomplished with remifentanil and a non-opioid IV anesthetic without muscle relaxant. In this study, we evaluated in double-blinded, prospective, randomized manner the dose requirements for thiopental relaxant administration to obtain clinically acceptable conditions cardiovascular responses. After premedication midazolam 0.03 mg/kg IV, 105 patients were equally one of three study groups, each receiving following: 2 micro g/kg (Group I), 3 II), 4 III). Remifentanil was administered over 30 s, anesthesia induced 5 mg/kg. assessed by anesthesiologist performing as: (a) excellent, (b) satisfactory, (c) fair, (d) unsatisfactory. There no statistically significant differences among groups regarding demographic data. Blood pressure heart rate did not increase any group after accomplishing intubation. improvement between Groups I II, III, II III (P < 0.001). We conclude that before provided excellent or satisfactory 94% prevented responses IMPLICATIONS double-blinded relaxants obtaining condition. Our results show condition patients.
