摘要: The vibrational circular dichroism (VCD) spectra of several natural DNAs as well tRNA, poly(dG-dC).poly(dG-dC), and poly(dA-dT).poly(dA-dT) are reported for the base deformation modes in IR region from 1700 to 1550 cm-1 polymers D2O high alcohol dehydrating conditions. Spectra both B- A-forms were identified. A-form DNA VCD, not previously reported, has characteristics that can be found VCD RNAs would expected similarity their structures. is sequence-dependent. Under conditions studied, poly(dA-dT)poly(dA-dT),poly(dA).poly(dT), a high-A-T fraction had different bandshape other DNAs, which was similar poly(rA).poly(rU). Poly(dG-dC).poly-(dG-dC) did form an high-alcohol but instead spectrum much like its high-salt-induced Z-form. Qualitative differences seen experimentally between A- B-form suggested by coupled oscillator calculated two forms.
