摘要: Angiogenesis – the formation of new blood vessels from preexisting ones plays an important role in physiological and pathophysiological processes eye. Several angiogenic antiangiogenic molecules are involved ocular neovascularization. Members vascular endothelial growth factor family strongly implicated inducing hem- as well lymph-angiogenesis. Pathological angiogenesis occurs several eye disorders such age-related macular degeneration diabetic retinopathy, can lead to severe loss vision. Elucidating mechanisms regulation neovascularization detail will provide approaches for development further therapeutic strategies.
