摘要: Abstract All ephedrine isomers except D(−)-ephedrine, cause release of similar amounts norepinephrine from the isolated rabbit-heart. D(−)-ephedrine causes substantially larger norepinephrine. Perfusion with and D(−)-pseudoephedrine increases content heart to essentially same extent, but L(+)-ephedrine L(+)-pseudoephedrine no significant increase.
