摘要: Studies of the breeding behavior clones containing high levels anthocyanins were conducted. Red-fleshed appeared in proportions suggesting multigenic control degree pigmentation. and pur-ple-fleshed always accompanied by red purple skin, respectively. Red flesh ranged from partial pigmentation to complete represented pigment present all tuber tissues. Percentage com-pletely red-fleshed progeny was 14.5% 4.1% x crosses vs × white (or reciprocal), Purple-fleshed obtained where white-fleshed parent harbored theP gene juxtaposition with nulliplex recessive state theI (i.e.,iiii), which suppressed expression. Total anthocyanin 6.9 35 mg per 100 g fresh weight 5.5 17.1 purple-fleshed clones. contained predominantly acylated glycosides pelargonidin while petunidin peonidin. Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity Ferrous Reducing Ability Plasma revealed that antioxidant or potatoes two three times higher than potato.
