摘要: Abstract Potato (Solanum tubersosum L) is the most important non-grain source of human diet for people living at poverty line. suffers from many notorious biotic stresses, including dry rot caused by Fusarium spp. Treatments potato tubers with 1 mg L−1 T-2 toxin produced induced resistance against sulphureum new elicitor-like activity. To investigate mechanism potato, tuber slices were treated toxin, followed inoculation F. spores. Results in this study showed that reduction disease area was linked higher abundance reactive oxygen species (ROS) and phenylpropanoid metabolites. treatment increased ROS accumulation activities enzymes involved metabolism. At same time, also up-regulated proteins metabolism determined iTRAQ (isobaric tags relative absolute quantitation) assay, as well genes encoding Taken together, provides substantial evidences related to suppress severity sulphureum.
