摘要: The liver in acute shock is usually enlarged and may be purplish congestive heart failure (Sherlock 1987) or pale hypovolemic-traumatic shock. Sometimes the surface of shocked shows a patchy appearance with anemic spots because circumscribed ischemic areas. edges are rounded interstitial edema weight increased. Spotty subcapsular hemorrhages also occur, especially septic shock, consumption coagulation factors resulting hemorrhagic diathesis. cut grayish pure hypovolemic reveals distended hepatic veins failure. In addition show patches. Pale dry areas yellow color represent necrotic foci; however, such macroscopically detectable foci rare since they must become quite large to this way.
