摘要: Self-assembly of small molecules can lead to many different types objects and phases. This mini-review concentrates on the formation one-dimensional their transformation into gels from solutions/sols 12-hydroxystearic acid, a molecule derived castor bean, its derivatives in wide variety liquids.
