摘要: This study investigates the effect of CuO, TiO2, Al2O3, and multiwalled nanotube (MWNT) nanoparticles at various treat rates on tribological properties, namely, wear, coefficient friction (COF), pressure seizure (poz), metalworking fluids during lubricating processes in diverse industrial applications. Results are reported based two methods: wear scar diameter (WSD) COF by ASTM D5183 poz Institute for Sustainable Technologies–National Research (ITEePib) Polish method testing lubricants under scuffing conditions. showed significant improvements with small filler concentrations nanoparticles. CuO nanofluids a diminishment 86% WSD 0.01 wt%, whereas TiO2 resulted an increase up to ∼250% 0.05 wt% compared pure conventional fluid.
