摘要: We have developed a GC/MS method to simultaneously measure the concentrations of 15 biologically active phenolic components wine:  vanillic acid, gentisic m- and p-coumaric gallic ferulic caffeic cis- trans-resveratrol, epicatechin, catechin, morin, quercetin, trans-polydatin. Wine (1 mL) was diluted 1:1 with water reduce alcohol content extracted on preconditioned C-8 solid-phase extraction cartridge. The compounds were eluted ethyl acetate, evaporated dryness, derivatized bis(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide/pyridine. TMS derivative each compound analyzed GC/MSD coupled DB-5HT capillary column using one target two qualifying ions for in total run time 26 min. Resolution quantitation all excellent, linear calibration curves over wide range. lowest detection limit acid (24 μg/L) highest quercetin (843 μg/L)....
