摘要: Traditional gonioscopic practice assumes that, if most of the angle is gonioscopically closed, intraocular pressure increases. Evidence produced to show that this fallacious, because at its inception closure iridocorneal contact occurring on corneal side limbus. Although cannot be seen by means a gonioscope, there initially no iridotrabecular contact. It only after increases iris pushed against trabecular meshwork and truly closed.
