摘要: Background and objective It has been proven that epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) not only correlated with embryonic development but also could promote tumor invasion metastasis. Transforming growth factor beta-1 (TGF-β1) identified as the main inducer of EMT. The aim this study was to investigate effects TGF-β1 on EMT PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in lung adencarcinoma PC9 cells. Methods Cultured cells were treated different concentrations for 48 h. morphological changes observed under phase-contrast microscopy; relative marker protein assessed by Western blot immunoflurescence staining. In addition, expression AKT P-AKT measured blot. Results data showed induce alteration from epithelial mesenchymal upregulate maker Fibronectin. Obviously, downregulated treatment Conclusion might , accompanied pathway.
