Identification and measurement of competences of entrepreneurs in agribusiness

摘要: In the last decade competence concept has become a central theme in debate on development of vocational education, training and organisations. Also conceptual domain entrepreneurship there appears to be more interest concept. order use learning perspective it is necessary measure competences entrepreneurs reliable valid way. this study micro small sized enterprises agribusiness, we therefore tried identify level entrepreneurs. The objectives were (i) identifying measuring most important competences, (ii) applying them different sub-sectors, (iii) providing with possible areas for development.
