摘要: Background Dengue viral infections are prevalent in the tropical and sub-tropical regions of world, resulting substantial morbidity mortality. Clinical manifestations range from a self-limited fever to potential life-threatening plasma leakage syndrome (dengue hemorrhagic fever). The objective this study was assess utility near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) measurements muscle oxygen saturation (SmO2) as possible continuous measure detect children with dengue.
