摘要: Abstract Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic and systematic autoimmune inflammatory disease. Recently, novel T cell subset, follicular helper CD4 (Tfh cells) was found in relation to the pathogenesis progression of RA, increased numbers circulating Tfh cells were RA patients. However, there little evidence regarding localization synovium tissues from patients, owing lack an available method characterize their tissue. The aim our present study rheumatoid patients by using immunohistochemistry triple-fluorescence immunostaining methods. Our results showed that specific staining CD4, CXCR5 ICOS could be on infiltrating immune tissues. use confocal laser scanning immunolocalization CD4+CXCR5+ICOS+T tissues, whereas these signals absent osteoarthritis (OA) normal Thus data preliminary support notion CD4+CXCR5+ICOS+Tfh indicating possibility this subset may have important roles RA.
